1. Foreign matter appears on the sealing surface of the friction pair. This may be due to the entry of high hardness particles or foreign matter into the sealing surface during assembly or installation. In this case, the sealing surface of the friction pair needs to be re-grinded, and if the damage is severe, it needs to be replaced with a new one. Before installation, it is necessary to carefully check whether the assembled sealing parts are damaged, especially whether there are defects such as bruises, cracks and deformation of the dynamic and static rings.
2. Poor concentricity. Concentricity mainly refers to the coordination between the hollow shaft and the matching rotating body, in which case it is necessary to reinstall the rotary joint and adhere to the size and accuracy, while maintaining the tightness of the metal hose.
3. The sealing ring is tilted. The reason for this is the uneven gap between the housing, the bottom hole of the bottom cover, and the hollow shaft. It is necessary to readjust the hanging and supporting parts and adjust the gap between the hollow shaft and the housing.
4. The friction sealing surface can not be tightly run-in, and leakage occurs. When this happens, you can continue to use it and observe that if there is no longer a leak after a period of running-in to reach equilibrium, there is no need to deal with it.
5. When installing the swivel joint with threaded connection, attention should be paid to whether the thread direction of the inner and outer pipe corresponds to the rotation direction of the drum, and the thread rotation direction of the inner and outer pipe should also be consistent.
6. The connection between the rotary joint and the pipe must be connected by a hose, and rigid connection is absolutely prohibited.
7. The entrance and exit of the swivel joint are directly connected to the hose as much as possible. In order to reduce the auxiliary weight of the joint and prolong the service life.
8. For the assembly of the inner tube, pay attention to the matching of the size and the auxiliary support of the weight. For the fitting of the inner tube and the joint of the internal rotary joint, it is recommended to use the tolerance fit of H8/e7.
9. The support and stop of the rotary joint should be appropriate, and the diameter of the general rod should be 2mm smaller than the check hole, so as not to affect the free adjustment and compensation of the rotary joint.
