Installation And Connection of Rotary Joints

Reasonable and correct installation of rotary joints can not only maximize the sealing effect of rotary joints in application, but also extend the service life of rotary joints, bringing certain economic benefits to enterprises.

 The correct installation method for rotary joints is as follows:

1. During transportation and storage, the rotary joint should be protected from impact and falling, and the connection interface and internal parts should not be damaged.

2. Install the machine as concentric as possible to ensure the good operation of the rotating joint.

3. When installing the rotary joint with threaded connection, attention should be paid to whether the thread rotation direction of the inner and outer pipes corresponds to the rotation direction of the drum, and the thread rotation direction of the inner and outer pipes should also be consistent.

4. The connection between the rotary joint and the pipeline must be connected using a hose.

5. The assembly of the inner tube should pay attention to the fit of dimensions and the auxiliary support of weight.

6. The support and anti rotation of the rotary joint should be appropriate, and the diameter of the rod should generally be 2mm smaller than the anti rotation hole.
