Meanwhile, during the installation process, attention should be paid to protecting the insulation layer of the compensator to prevent high-temperature objects such as welding slag from igniting the outer skin of the compensator. When burying non-metallic compensators, it should be ensured that their burial depth and the thickness of the filling sand meet the specified requirements.


b. Maintenance: Non metallic compensators should be regularly inspected and maintained during use to ensure their proper functioning. The inspection includes the deformation of the compensator, the fastening of the connecting parts, and the integrity of the coating. When used in corrosive environments such as desulfurization towers, attention should be paid to corrosion protection measures; When used in high friction environments, vulnerable parts such as skin should be replaced regularly.
