b. CARBONIZED PACKING WITH GRAPHITE
Carbonized packing with graphite is braided by strong carbon fiber after softening treatment and impregnation with the mixture of fine graphite powder, PTFE dispersion and special lubricant. being strong, static and heat-conductive.
c. CARBON PACKING WITH INCONEL WIRE
Carbonized packing with Inconel wire is braided from low-Sulphur expanded carbon yarns, reinforced with nickel wire. good thermal and chemical resistance, very low friction, the wire reinforcement also provides greater mechanical strength.
d. GRAPHITE PACKING WITH CARBON FIBER CORNER PACKING
STYLE 5600 is pure flexible graphite packing reinforced in all four corners with high strength carbon fiber and impregnate PTFE. The packing is lattice braided as is the carbon achieving maximum strength. Extrusion is a thing of the past due to the binding effect of the binding effect of the lattice braided carbon corners. A high strength packing, resists extrusions, ideally suited to the high-end valve packing areas.
